The A.C. in our room did not work and it was hot weather, so we asked for another room and they moved us to a suite for our 6 day stay for the same price! The indoor heated pool is great and so are the gardens and the terrace of the rooms. It has some minor maintenance issues and the shower splashes too much. They were alwasy available to assist us in whatever we needed and very kind. Location and breakfast are very good. Just be aware that it has no elevators.

The staff is very friendly and helpful - Breakfast is excellent and varied. The pools are well maintained and lunch is allowed in the park. Highly recommended to spend a few days relaxing and away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

The housepatalty was like I was at home! The staff was so nice and everything was breathtaking! I highly recommend staying here for relaxing in the beautiful mountains.

It is a beautiful place, ideal to rest and disconnect. The landscape that surrounds the Chalet is unmissable, the view impressive. Impeccable service and attention. Super recommended!

Quiet place with beautiful views, it would need some maintenance and to go from the building to the sauna and indoor pool you have to do it from the outside of the building, since both places are not connected. The cleanliness is excellent, the staff's attention is also excellent and the breakfast is abundant. Free coffee and tea are available throughout the day.

Excellent place, service and, above all, attention. A beautiful place to rest is the premise. Something to highlight, the girls at the afternoon reception gave us exceptional support upon arrival, after we suffered an unpleasant event. A thousand thanks to them!!

Very beautiful complex. Covered parking, very nice covered heated pool, shelter from the cold and heated area. Good water temperature. Full breakfast and several options. To highlight the provision of free use of the dining area, with availability of hot/cold water and different infusions with utensils. Comfortable rooms, large bathroom (we went to the room with hydro), keep in mind that the shower is low. Cleaning is correct and the temperature inside the complex and the room is correct.
